Leadership Team: Led by a President and supported by elected Executive Council of 10 members for 2 years. They are responsible for the strategic direction and effective management of the NGO.
Project Based Teams: Each project is assigned a dedicated team comprising a Project Manager, Project Coordinators, and temporary field staff as needed. This ensures that we can tailor our approach to meet the specific goals and challenges of each project.
Administrative and Support Staff: Our core administrative team includes finance, human resources, and communications professionals who provide essential support to our project teams.
Advisory Board: A group of experts/consultants and stakeholders who offer strategic advice and guidance to help us achieve our mission.
